Please ensure you've gathered all the details you need before you begin.
1. Two (2) adult representatives with full address and phone number for each
2. Name and address of location being visited
3. Date of visit
4. Den number and reason for tour permit
5. Number of adults and scouts attending
6. Must have request at least 5 working days prior to date of travel.
Due to the sensitive nature of the information the form requires - names, phone numbers, drivers' license numbers - this data is not stored on the server (see our privacy notice for more details), so you must complete the application in one sitting.
