Welcome
You found the web home of Cub Scout Pack 356, located in Holly Springs, North Carolina. We are excited that you found us and that you have an interest in scouting!
Cub Scouting is for boys in in the 1st through 5th grades. The boys are grouped, by grade level, into dens. The number of boys in each den varies, but typically we average 8-15. Each den will have three den meetings per month and we will meet as a pack, once a month, for our fun and festive Pack Meeting.
Who We Are
Pack 356 is part of the Occoneeche Council and the Hemlock District. We have a long standing history as one of the top scouting organizations in the greater Raleigh area. The pack is governed by a Pack Committee that oversees the program. The two primary leaders are the Cubmaster and the Committee Chairman. Together, they work with the rest of the volunteer leaders to ensure that the pack is in compliance with Boy Scouts of America regulations, all the while ensuring a fun-filled, action-packed, scouting experience for the boys. Other roles on the leadership team include Treasurer, Secretary, Popcorn Colonel, and Pinewood Derby Chairman.
Where We Meet
Our meetings are held at Sunrise United Methodist Church (map). Our den meetings start at 6pm and 7pm each Monday and on the night of our Pack Meeting, we start at 6:30pm.
